PM Narendra Modi Swearing-in Ceremony: Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar have left the internet gushing after they shared a hug at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s oath-taking ceremony. In a photo shared by ANI, Shah Rukh and Akshay were seen reaching out to each other and warmly embracing each other. In the photo, SRK was seen wearing an all-black outfit while Akshay opted for a purple shirt with a pair of pants.
“Actors Shah Rukh Khan and Akshay Kumar greet each other as they arrive to attend the oath ceremony of PM-designate Narendra Modi at Rashtrapati Bhavan,” the agency captioned the photo shared on X. Fans showered the duo with love.
“Bollywood ke Khiladi & king ek saath ,” a comment read. “Wow Khiladi Kumar meeting Pathaan ,” added another. “Best Hug of this year ♥️,” a third user wrote. “Two Vikram Rathore in one frame ,” a fan wrote, referring to their names in Rowdy Rathore and Jawan, respectively.
Besides Akshay and Shah Rukh, the swearing-in ceremony was attended by Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut, Anil Kapoor, Rajkumar Hirani and Vikrant Massey, among other Bollywood stars. Tamil superstar Rajinikanth also flew down to New Delhi to participate in the ceremony.

The actor was spotted at the Chennai airport, talking to the media about his travel plans. Through the media, he congratulated PM Modi on his third win.
“Narendra Modi will be sworn in as PM consecutively for the third time. This is a very big achievement. My wishes to him,” he said, as reported by ANI. Rajinikanth also acknowledged INDI Alliance’s wins. “People have also elected a strong opposition in this Parliament election. It will lead to a healthy democracy. I received an invitation for Chandrababu Naidu’s swearing-in ceremony as Andhra Pradesh CM. I will update you about going there,” he said.
Upon landing in Delhi, Rajinikanth spoke with the media yet again and said, “I am going to take part in the swearing-in ceremony… It is a very historic event. I congratulate PM Modi Ji for becoming the prime minister for the consecutive third time…”
